We work hard to make you happy and satisfied with your purchase and that you be enjoyed the painting at your home. That’s why We always on touch with you, tried keep you always posted throught all ordering process (from discussing personal details with you to shipping and handing you the painting by courier). Please, read carefully store polices before ordering!

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship the items via Fast International Shipping which takes 10-14 days, Worldwide.
The finished paintings are packed in protection materials strong secure boxes, hand delivered to the shipping address you provide. Your artwork will arrive 10-14 business days after being shipped.

How much is shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping Wordwide.

When will my order be shipped?

We will have your order shipped within 1-2 weeks of checkout. Once an order is placed and your email confirmation is delivered, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details. Your tracking number will be sent the same day as the piece is shipped.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes! We are pleased to say that all shipments are insured for their retail value in case of the unfortunate event of a missing or damaged piece. This comes at no extra cost to the customer. We also use signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure that no works are stolen after being delivered to your doorstep.

Are the paintings securely packed? Will the paintings come without any damage?

Dear buyers, you can be sure that the painting is securely packed for you, taking into account the requirements of shipping large fragile parcels. The painting is packed with plastic film together with the certificate of authenticity. Than we carefully wrap each piece in paper as well as bubble wrap. On all sides and corners of the painting and frame we fix a protective U-shaped profile made of foamed polyethylene. Then the painting is wrapped in many layers of puffy-bubble wrap and taped , then placed in a box made of durable foam, and finally in a box made of thick cardboard. This way the painting will arrived to you in good condition, without damage.

What payment forms do you take?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay etc. We keeps your payment information secure, we never receive your credit card information.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Will I have to pay customs fees and import taxes?

Dear Buyers! We’ll inform you if You will need to pay a custom VAT, when the painting will arrived to your country. It is standart procedure for goods in Europe and in other countries and the custom clearance of your country will must send a notice for payment when painting will arrived to your country.

We don’t know how much the VAT and custom tax, will be, this is calculated by the customs of the recipient’s country, so it is unknown in advance.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom painting
  • Painting to order with personal initials of the customer

Refunds

There are certain situations where full refunds are granted:

  • If the items came damaged or with defects, is specified a full money refund. Provided that the buyer retutns the painting back. Refund would be made only after receiving the package back.; Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If the items came damaged or with defects, but buyer want to leave painting, is specified a refund of 50%( buyer cannot leave the painting and receive full compensation. We don’t support this, because to create a painting, purchase materials, packaging, shipping , for all this was spent material resources and many hours of working proces);
  • If the items are without discount and came with small damages (breakage of the frame, which is repaired in an art workshop, etc.) and the buyer wishes to leave the painting at himself, is specified a refund of 25%;
  • If the item came damaged or with defects and the item was on a discount, but the buyer want to leave painting, is specified a refund of 20%;
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
